Seattle to NYC

I Would Be Lying . . .

if I didn't say I miss parts of my old life. Right now, in this moment I miss my Seattle life. And all of the people that were a part of it.

New York, New York!

So I finally got my internet figured out here at my sublet -  figures it take me about a week to sort it out. That and getting my computer to function well.

As of right now, so far it's been good.

I've had a couple of moments of slight depression and anxiety; mainly just feeling restless about not having a permanent place to live, missing having a full time job and of course, my friends. I also don't have cable tv in my sublet so I'm going a little crazy with watching SATC, Harry Potter, Glee, and a couple of Netflix movies.

I have a couple of good stories that have already happened, so those will be coming!

Quick updates on my life: my semi-formal interview at Coach went well and I'll hear back on Monday, fingers crossed!, I found an apartment as along as all goes well with my credit check then I will officially have an UES (Upper East Side) address, and I put money down on a bed (it's selling on craigslist and I'll pick it up on the 31st).

Like I said, as of right now it's good.

Goodbye Seattle

I moved here for school. I stayed for love. I made Seattle my home because of my friends. I love this city because it is a part of my heart and a huge part if my history. It is time to say goodbye because it's time.

I'll miss you, Seattle. I love you, Seattle.
