Feels good to celebrate it in Seattle.

First up - an Apricot Ale at the Pyramid Beer Garden. Ah, memories!

The beer reminds me of the summer I lived in Greenlake and my friend Angela suggested I try an Apricot Ale. I was like, Seriously? She said, Yes. God, I love this beer. The beer garden reminds me of many, many Seattle memories.

Also - how cute does LZ look preggers?!

Batter Up: Safeco Garlic French Fries!

Just as DELICIOUS as I remember them. I think I inhaled all them in under 10 minutes. An awesome micro Pacific Northwest brew to accompany them. If I can determine my version of heaven - both of these exist in it.

Seattle in NYC

I woke up today and on my walk to work New York City's weather reminded me exactly of a fall day in Seattle.

It was in the 60's and just barely raining. Pleasant mist just like Seattle.

Rain in NYC is barely ever pleasant. It's usually violent, random and drenches you no matter what.

A great, cool, pleasing break from the extreme weather I'm growing accustom to :).

This is a fantastic (as in really great) piece of artwork. It's been hard to hang in my new place because my walls suck for putting stuff up and I've tried everything but no matter - I love it. I'm thinking about getting one for New York. I can't decide between:

Goodbye Seattle

I moved here for school. I stayed for love. I made Seattle my home because of my friends. I love this city because it is a part of my heart and a huge part if my history. It is time to say goodbye because it's time.

It's F-ing Freezing Outside

It's been gorgeous, gorgeous clear and bright days here in Seattle but it's also been f-ing freezing!!!
